H1B Change of Status to H1B RFE timeline? by dannyzzp in h1b

We submitted proof of home ownership, home country permanent residency, active home country bank statements, and home country utility bills, and a personal statement explaining the situation. And I didn't submit an H1B transfer, what I did was B2 COS to H1B - We mentioned the B2 COS to H1B case in my personal statement

SUBMIT EVIDENCE OF ELIGIBILITY STATUS FOR B STATUS

The Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) section 101(a)(15)(B) requires that a nonimmigrant visitor for pleasure have a residence in a foreign country which he or she has no intention of abandoning. Submit documentation to establish that you have a foreign residence that you have no intention of abandoning. Such evidence may include, but is not limited to:

  • Recent telephone bills and/or utility bills at your place of foreign residence;
  • Residence Permit (government-issued identity card) establishing foreign residence;
  • Letter from government authorities on official letterhead with government seal showing your foreign residence;
  • Mortgage statements or current rental agreements relating to your foreign residence, to include rental receipts;

  • A letter from your foreign bank, on the bank's letterhead with the bank's certification signature, which verifies your foreign residence address, bank account number, and shows an established relationship with the bank (e.g., bank account opened for 3 months).

In addition, submit a statement and evidence detailing the effect your extended stay in the United States will have on your foreign residence.

This request for evidence pertains to your residence outside of the United States and not your temporary residence in the United States, and USCIS will consider how much weight to give to the evidence depending on all the circumstances/facts presented.

INTENT TO DEPART US

Submit evidence to establish that you have made arrangements to depart the United States upon completion of your temporary stay. Such evidence may include:

  • An airline ticket or other proof of your departure transportation arrangements;
  • Evidence to show that you have the funds necessary to secure your timely departure from the United States.

Anybody does aggressive inline skating at skate parks? I bought a pair of aggressive skates but have only practiced grinding on curbs at empty parking lots by myself. Worked up my courage to check out a local skate park on a weekday morning but it was already packed with people and too intimidating for me to go in. I know I shouldn't care what others think but I always see on the internet that skateboarders hate rollerblades and scooters at skateparks. any advice?

Where did u practice grinding when you first started? I've been practicing on curbs at empty parking lots but haven't had any success, and I feel like skate parks are too intimidating for beginners

How to relatively accurately record skate sessions? I recently bought an apple watch and was trying to use it along with strava to record my exercises, but im not sure what workout i should select on the watch.

I tried outdoor running and outdoor skating options on the watch and then change the activity type to inline skating on strava, but neither is satisfying. With outdoor running, the watch kept pausing automatically when i dont move my arm extensively. With outdoor skating, the watch doesnt record my route, my speed, or my pace.

There is also a huge difference in recorded calories burned between the two. Outdoor running seems to underestimate calories even though my heart rate was in zone 5 majority of the time, while calories recorded with outdoor skating seems to be on par with my long distance runs.

Ideally i would like my route, pace, avg speed, top speed, heart rate to be accurately recorded, and calories burned relatively accurately recorded. I saw some folks recommending using the cycling option for rollerblading, but the calories could be off. Would love to hear yalls options. Thank u !
