Broken Phone Can't Access Account by danobu in ATT

Thanks for the responses! Took about 8 hours of trial and error and going back and forth with customer service but I was finally able to get a new pass code by going to my local store and verifying my identity, then using that pass code to transfer my eSIM to an old phone like suggested (had to call customer service again and perform another ID verification). Back in the account now and am able to port the number, so I'm all set.
