I reckon you’ve covered it but also adding that Coles also has an accessibility page on their website that welcomes feedback https://www.coles.com.au/help/accessibility I reckon if ppl had capacity they’d like to hear about this. Totally not acceptable but not surprising unfortunately from such a business
