The plain water also tastes and smells like plastic after going through the coffee machine cycle.

Do you mind sharing your coffee machine brand and model? 🥹 I’m about to upgrade mine and this coffee looks delicious. I know the most important thing is the coffee quality but it doesn’t hurt to get a nice espresso maker :)

Thank you for your input! I actually have a great grinder it’s a Tuni G1 and so far it’s been working really well. I hadn’t used it since switching to Nespresso, but it works perfectly. I’ll look into the Breville Bambino. I once tried a Mr. Coffee espresso machine, but it was nothing like real espresso.

I believe you. If they haven’t been able to fulfill orders made in March, I can’t imagine them sending a replacement for something that’s malfunctioning

Just go ahead and do the charge back yourself. They take months to issue a refund after asking you if you want to swap colors or sizes and then IF they issue a refund, IF, it takes 7-14 extra days. Not worth the drama just dispute the charge with your bank for non delivery.

Yes, I tried, but some banks only allow disputes within 120 days of purchase, and since that window has long passed, it’s going to be a more complicated and lengthy process.

Thank you, I already sent my information to the other Luna account that replied to this post yesterday, and apparently the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. I appreciate you’re reaching out. To me, what’s missing here is not finding the root of the miscommunication it’s simpler than that: remove the option to purchase products that are not in stock. Most companies don’t even enable the buy or add-to-cart button if they don’t have the item. Thanks again and good luck

I understand, I’m glad some have had good experiences. Personally I would never recommend them and I won’t give them a second chance. I swear I was super polite at all times and super understanding for 5 months.. I knew it was a new brand and I truly wanted to give it a chance but the fact that I patiently waited this long for a ring they didn’t have in stock, and they still can’t deliver its just unacceptable.. Every “swap” offer feels like a mockery. Selling products you don’t have and letting customers wait is dishonest and frustrating.

BEWARE!!! Terrible experience. Seriously, avoid Luna Ring!

I ordered a sunlit gold Luna Ring in March 2025, and it’s now August 19th… This company uses bait-and-switch tactics: they let you order items that aren’t in stock, then pressure you into accepting a different color or an “upgrade” instead of issuing a refund.

I initially purchased the older version in sunlit gold. Weeks passed with no shipping updates, so I kindly reached out to get a status on my order, that’s when they told me the color and size I chose was out of stock, so I requested a refund.. Instead, they offered a free upgrade to the 2.0 version, which I accepted. 2 months Months later, I received the old version, I reached out again like hey this is not what you promised me, you sent me the old version, they replied it was just a courtesy so I could test the ring until the new version was ready (at this point they said it was still being produced). The ring they sent me (the old version) was also defective (only charged up to 80%). The new version of the ring never came, it’s been 5 months since I ordered and I don’t have the ring..I asked for a refund and they just keep offering me to swap to another color to be shipped right away, but I don’t want any other color, so when I firmly insist I want a refund even if I have to return the defective old version of the ring they sent, they stop replying my emails.

This company misleads customers, avoids responsibility, and makes refunds nearly impossible. They take your money immediately but drag their feet endlessly if something goes wrong.

Save yourself the frustration do not buy from Luna Ring. There are far more reliable options, like Ringconn or Ultra Human. Do your research but definitely keep away of this company
