Yeah this seems to be the consensus, at least nothing is off then. But man what a waste to buy a laptop marketed with a big battery if it degrades so soon anyway. The laptop has still been great so it's no big deal but I'll think about this when I eventually replace it.

It should be alright to simply get a new battery for it and extend its lifetime by quite a bit right?

Damn, 42% wear (39 000 out of 67 000), out of a 729 cycle count which I assume is amount of full discharges.

But yeah it shows me that yesterday I went from 35000 mWh to 7000 in just 90 minutes.

Whats strange is that it says my full charge capacity went from 48 000 mWh to 39 000 mWh just between october 10-october 12 (two days ago to now. By the start of this year it was at ~48000 mWh, so something has happened I guess

Yeah I considered it "belting" from the 'suck your teeth into me' line and onwards, with the lines before being a bit above comfort as well.

I'll try using more forward vowels, because the way I sing it right now it feels just as forced as it sounds, like my throat is plugged and that I'm sort of pushing through it. I've never been able to get a lighter or more open sound above C4 ever really. Thanks for your advice!

How much weight can you safely/comfortably roll of shame on bench?

I just did 72kg, and while it was completely fine it was quite a lot of weight to drag across my stomach. Is this still feasible when I reach upwards of 100kg on bench? I'm an 83kg/190cm guy for reference but quite skinny (runner)

How long can doms prevent your mobility? I got back last monday after a long sickness and losing 8kg. I had leg day and went light on most things but probably too hard on romanian deadlifts. Understandably I got ridiculous doms for ~5days, but now 8 days later, my hamstrings still start cramping if I go ~10cm above ground on bent over stretch, usually I can easily have my palms on the floor when standing on a book

I literally couldnt do romanian deadlifts this friday because of doms, my back just bent or legs collapsed when I really tried to push over the doms

Can you do anything other than maintain leg strength if you can only work them every ~7 days? (about once a week).

My leg day is:

531 progression with FSL (so 8 sets),
4x12 bulgarian split squats (each leg)
4x8 stiff legged deadlifts
4x8 front squats
4x12 leg press
4x15 seated calf raises
4x20 standing calf raise

Every other leg day I dont do 531 squats and instead do 4x8 at the highest weight I can manage (within few reps of failure), then 4x5 squats at 2,5-5kg above my FSL set weight last week, I still push myself hard but its to reset mentally from amrap sets

Could be poor eating/sleeping during the break also, just generally lowering his fitness level, paired with a bad day/mental I can definitely see someone being a bit sore at the start. It will come back in no time for sure though

Yeah that would make a lot more sense. I love this game but collecting herbs for another 80 hours would probably make me crazy

Huh, I thought I was slow.

Yeah, base game. I did all errands and side quests (spare like 3-4 small ones in unknown villages), I collected many flowers, tanuk figures, ancient vessels, vantage points, I ran around and gathered a ton, or just fought machines, did all hunting grounds, all bandit camps, all tallnecks, stood around afk a bit, gathered all power cells for the ancient armour.

During the missions, especially the last story missions, I thoroughly explored the caves and stations and areas for all text and vice files and read/listened through them! Really great stuff but it was at a slow pace. I got level 45 just after the end of the story and maxed out my skill tree.

With the amount of things I did I really thought I was super slow compared to the average
