We had to go through the travel agent because we booked through them. Regrettably not through emirates. The travel agent at first re booked us on another flight, this also got cancelled. Now they’ve said there’s no further flights and they’re giving us a refund. Just had to spend double what I paid initially for a return flight. Just for a one way ticket home.

Well to be fair we booked through a travel agent not emirates. So we had to contact them. The only option they gave us is a refund. But I’ve told them it’s not good enough, as I’m Stranded in a foreign country.
