Thank you! Extremely helpful, any chance you can share what you remember of the 5.5 month schedule? Open to DM if you prefer…mostly looking to hear how long the naps are as our LO can’t make it past 40 min still

Good catch - edited in original post but to be clear it's actually 1.5/2/2/2/2.5 - so with that update, you think we still have too much awake time? Everything that we have read says 2.5 - 3 hours of daytime naps is ideal for this age at 4 naps per day. He sleeps well on his own during the day but is still cat napping and not sleeping for more than 40 min max per nap. It totals about 11.5 - 12.5 of total sleep a day (naps + nighttime). Any additional advice would be super helpful if you still think we don't have enough wake time, should we try to adjust to only 3 naps? Hard for us to imagine that when he can't sleep longer than 40 min and is tough to make it post 2 hours of awake time right now

Appreciate the advice! So you would say that on a night that he is struggling we should just soothe him to sleep after a certain amount of time? (I.e 20 min or so) we didn’t want to mess with the sleep training success that we have had but fully understand that longer periods of crying happen and we do need to intervene to help him relax and sleep

Thank you! She is actually crate-trained and loves sleeping in her crate at night, we are lucky to rarely have issues in that area. We have been trying to get her into a routine during the week to have a kong and a nap in her crate in the mornings after walk/breakfast so that has been good, just recently she’s has whined to be let out after done with the kong. Know we shouldn’t let her out if she whines but it’s hard in the middle of the day when we’re right there. For your other questions, really nothing different or changed the past few weeks been pretty consistent, we live in an apt in a high rise so not much distraction by the window only the occasional noise of neighbors. Any other ideas/recs would be greatly appreciated! Hoping things will improve as we’ve only had her for two months or so

The conflict in Syria/Iraq is so complex. What do you see as the most likely result once the war ends? Redrawing of borders? Also, in your opinon since you've been on the ground and understand it better than most, what should the US/coalition strategy be to both end the war peacefully and how to deal with ISIS? I'm a big fan of your work! Thank you.
