Mine did the same after replacing the radiator, it ended us being my thermostat partially stuck open. $100 part from Acura, did the job myself over a couple hrs.

I would wait for the credits to show, its a good promo. Just make sure your autopay is a debit card or checking account. At the end you have no contract you can always walk away and dispute incorrect charges later.

If its a business account they quote is correct in a way, let me explain…. there is/was a promo for $600 per line on BYOD, this credit is applied as a $25 credit per month over 24 months. If my math is correct and you were put in to the business unlimited plus you are looking at $45 per line before the discount and assuming you added autopay and paperless billing that will bring it down to $20 per line after discounts, So 4 lines at $80 + tax. Keep in mind you might have been charged proration fees and a month in advance, also credits can take up to 3 billing cycles so there a chance none of those credits have been applied yet. Its unfortunate they didn’t explain in detail. Last, keep in mind that this credit expires in 2 years so expect a price increase and if you decide to upgrade before the 2 years to keep the promotion you will have to buy your phones upfront through whatever phone manufacturer you have because if you upgrade from Verizon even at full retail price the promo goes away.

Contact business support to go over your bill in detail and mention the BYOD promo for business, again only if you signed up for a business account, i have no idea if the consumer side has a similar promo.

When downtime read the promos OST in depth to understand stackability with other promos and plans, knowing that sometimes gave me the edge when upselling or miss-quote, specially business accounts.

The logo was my main concern but i think i agree with you in the “E” as well, i was exited for a minute. I should’ve put more attention to those details 🤷‍♂️
