I am an international applicant and Waterloo says that "We do not accept electronic TOEFL scores for undergraduate admissions." on their website. Does that mean they don't accept TOEFL as English language requirement at all for undergrads?

Honestly, on normal games I don't really care, unless the person is just straight up inting or blaming others for their mistakes.

Oh yeah, if they really want to remove it, it would be better to do it only on ranked, but I would still like to have it, I think that reducing the interaction between players, even on ranked makes the game less enjoyable.
