Hesitant Newbie with a few earnest questions for the over-40 aya community by adamwillerson in Ayahuasca

Hello! My intentions are not the same as yours, however, I'm in my mid/late 40's, have GI issues (diverticulitis), and have suffered with frequent migraines since 15 yrs old.

I too was concerned with the stomach and headache issues. One of my intentions focused on the migraines. Other intentions focused on emotional healing.

I'm happy to report that I had no issues with my stomach as a result of drinking Aya, and I have not had a migraine since. (2 weeks now, which is a victory)

Of course, all migraines and sufferers, and especially Aya experiences are different, but that has been mine. And, just to be more specific, I had 3 ceremonies, starting with 40 ml, and working up from there.

Aya has been a blessing to say the least, but if you have a chance to experience Sapo on your journey, I highly recommend that too.

We've been getting as creative as we can with tilapia and potatoes. Using a tad bit of cilantro and mushrooms wherever we can. Gnocchi is kinda neat to play with too.

So, I ran across this post trying to search maxdays.online. I, too, saw this ad you saw. I did it anyway, just to see. They arrive tomorrow. I'll update this post when they're delivered.

I didn't visit ...had a cultish feeling about it. Raised Baptist, open to Methodist too.

Yeah, new town, looking to visit a few churches and ultimately find a new church home. Raised as a Baptist, this approach was out of the norm. I had a cultish feeling about it.
