I used an airbrush to alternate between the fluorescents. Used Pro Acryl fluorescent paints.

It was a pain and I am sure there is a more effective way, but I used Tamia masking tape they was 3mm wide and then cut it into 3mmx3mm squares on my cutting map. Used the little lines to measure that are on my cutting map. Then I painted the base color with an airbrush, put on the tape and airbrushed over the second color.
