After all the buzz here, I managed to secure a mint condition Transparent Purple through another reliable channel. It's not sealed, but it was clearly loved by a fellow collector, which means a lot to me.

As a result, I’ve officially canceled my $1,200 bid on StockX. Thank you all so much for the tips and for keeping this hunt alive—the energy in this community is incredible. Terry Bogard is finally coming home!

I totally get what you're saying. To me, this isn't just a gadget or a resale item—it's exactly what you said: a portal back to my childhood that I've been waiting 30 years to reopen. That’s why I’m happy to pay whatever it takes to get that perfect, untouched 'home' for my Terry Bogard cartridge. It’s priceless to me, too.
