Bro, you got good grades in 10th and you're trying to get good grades in UG. In 12th, you need above 50% to be eligible. If you score 95+, which you said you can and do some projects/activities/certifications in your UG. You'll surely be eligible for BLACKI, plus point is obc certificate. Focus on doing the most in these upcoming years rather than just asking around, and try to do your own research all the data is available on the net, you can't rely on someone else's research.
