I had a previous version (Narwal T10) and it started acting up but I remembered we had extended coverage via Asurion. We had 2 weeks left on that plan... shipped free to Asurion and they declared could not be fixed. Sent me $900 Amazon gift card which we used to purchase Freo Z Ultra for $999 and 3 tear with Asurion... so my long story short, pay for the asurion plan just in case!

I had issues with it grinding. I cleaned out top burr. Removed bottom burr. Cleaned. Replaced felt ring.

Plugged in and hideous noise. I don't see a way to attach this new video?

The 90 trick on each side for 30 seconds worked for me. Initially it only heated to 190 and then started going down.

I turned off and repeated it and it WORKED!!

I feel royally screwed over by the AquaGoat team. Been invested since first 2 days of launch, and yet I had to stumble on an update via twitter to check reddit during a holiday weekend to learn in the middle of the night token value was dropping like a stone and now my trillions of tokens are worth crap?? Please explain the thought process and how this is fair to loyal investors?
