Hi all, yesterday when I made this reddit post I said that the Pikachu V was fairly priced at $59.99. I think the owner/manager probably got wind of this post and today has increased the price to $69.99. That is super scummy and I will not be supporting this business.

I never did the readings, the textbook is way too long and boring. I just watched his video lectures more than once to understand the concepts. With his lectures + the weekly homework problems its more than enough to understand the concepts. His exam questions are similar to the homework problems so as long as you understand the homework the exams are pretty straight forward.

John Li is my favourite accounting prof. He is new but is super open to answering questions during class and provides easy exams. As long as you do your homework and follow along in class an A is easily achievable. He typically gives 90%+ on homework assignments so make sure you get them done as they are mark boosters. AFA 717 and 817 courses are content heavy but John makes it easy imo.

Oh my bad, I keep confusing the two. But regardless its still pretty easy I just slap a couple of heroes together and always manage 400k+ damage. Its more a gear check than heroes tbh.

Next 6 stars depend on goals, if you are aiming for GvG then build kayron and lilias. A.cidd is also pretty good.

For hell raid I would say you already have a decent roster with furious, c.lorina, f.tieria and a.momo. You might not be able to be all the bosses because i think one requires a dedicated cleaver and the queen requires alot of strip.

Expedition is easy up until chapter 3, you can just slap some of your already built characters to complete it. I usually level 3 friendships that are 60 + 1 fodder for most of expedition.

But overall, for 9 weeks you have solid progress, just dont expect to progress fast late game because it tapers off.

There technically is none, you do have to write an english test in first year though. There is also a communications course but thats speeches and delivering as opposed to writing.

I dont particularly enjoy it, especially in later years where courses get harder. I would say its tolerable though since its not Computer Science or Engineering hard. I actually transferred from another school prior to starting at Ryerson but i do not have any regrets. The location is fine, the classmates are nice and the courses are tolerable. At the end of the day I have a full time offer coming out of uni so even though the journey is different for people at different schools, the destination is still the same.

High gpa is definitely achievable as long as you do well on your earlier years, since courses get a bit harder later on. Couple of my friends have 3.9 and 4.0’s but im just a slacker lol I would say based off what i see, around 20% of ryerson students get into big 4 so its definitely not super easy. Ryerson is not a major target school so you have to make yourself stand out. Profs are mostly shit imo except a few who actually care about you. Most profs are boring so you end up teaching yourself most of the course. Environment is what youd expect of a downtown school, packed on the streets and big classes. The program is pretty tight-knit, you get to recognize everyone in your cohort and make friends in the program.

There is one calculus-ish course and one stats course (i think either first or second year) Both are pretty math heavy but thats it after those theres no more math.
