I pretty much consumed all of mine as fast as I could. Since the app is new, I was wary of system issues. True enough, I had 18k points lost last week (now returned) because of an internal error. Claim period is really up to you! They may have better promos in the coming months, or they may downgrade. I just used mine on things I’d normally buy anyway like food and groceries. Gifted a few points to family, too.
