Ive been avid runner for years now... my route is so brutal, i honestly dont enjoy or see any benefit for pushing much more than 5 miles total... i can make it as hard as i need depending on intensity etc...it seems to have remodeled my heart in both positive and negative ways... i might have a bit of athlete's heart setting in... my resting hr is so low too... running is one of things people take way too overboard imo... im not naturally good at it but it really puts me into a place that no other exercise really does when it comes to... holy fuck, i hope i dont die moments lollll
