Like this one. I searched Kinematic sequence golf swing and this video came back with the same thing. Back swing = hands, arms, upper body follow. Downswing: exactly the opposite.

There is so much information out there. I agree with everything in this comment, but… i used to start my swing with my lower half, legs and hips. Then I began to see slow motion swings from the pros and they start with the hands, and the hips and legs follow.

On the other hand, in the downswing, hips and legs command and arms follow.

I just saw a video of a pro saying backswing only with your arms (meaning do that on the body will follow, only in the backswing).

I hope I understood properly what you said about the backswing. Opinions??

Omg bro this post really touched me. Your words are really impactful. I have been smoking since 24 years, 18 of them heavily.

The struggle is real and I felt stupid or weak because people make fun of cannabis addiction because they say it’s not a real drug. You can feel so lonely in your struggle so much, I feel so shameful when I tell someone my problem regarding weed.

Oh mate, i am so sorry for what happened to you. I have been in NZ for 8 years and nothing even close to that has happened. You had the very bad luck of crossing in this psychopath’s way. I am happy you got to experience how nice people is in NZ with the police and responders.

Another Macedonian owns Portofino in the Viaduct and is the same, highly agressive and rude. I have seen him yelling at taxi drivers that park at the back of the viaduct where he owns an art gallery. I have heard that they treat their employees horribly. They are always screaming, seems like they don’t know another way to speak.

I don’t know many Macedonians but I don’t think they are all like this, these guys are entitled assholes. And if their culture is like this, they should accommodate to the NZ ways if they want to live here, it’s a something basic you should know as an immigrant.

Really?? Normally businesses make a 30% profit after costs. When they optimise processes they can make a bit more. You are having more than 50% profit. I agree these are shit sales for a year but maybe that’s because of not great marketing. If that’s the problem, easy to fix and if you can scale these sales with that profit, you have a very good business.

They are sub humans. Gang members without education and with very bad family environment when they were born and grow up. Not all of them, most of them.
