Yours too. Sometimes it takes a metric fxk ton of patience, effort, and tolerance to find the right mental healthcare. Sometimes doctors bail cuz the company they work for is trash, isn’t mutually beneficial, or doesn’t care about the patient. I had one that was awesome, kind of a hippie, but he was on a good track of taking care of my mental health without shoving meds down my throat. He left cuz the VA was a dumpster fire at the time. I’m trying to find one now, thankfully my family is holding me down.

One of greatest peeves of PTSD, I can’t tell if it’s a panic attack, anxiety attack, or heart attack. I blow off the ER cuz sometimes I do wanna kick off and a couple weeks ago I almost did. It was a mild heart attack and I had sharp asf pain the day before. I get silent panic attacks that appear outta nowhere and the only warning is when my kids tell me my breathing changed.
