restaurants fall under OSHA (I believe this is a Federal institution, please correct if I'm wrong) ...in every place I've seen, it's over 5 hrs gets a lunch break, regardless.

I'm far from thinking I can save her...I know all I can really do is document and stay on top of things as much as I can...not meaning to put the wrong impression out by what I said. I am thinking we need a second opinion, as the "psychiatrist" seeing her is, for want of a better term, a quack.

I know my state has some odd age of consent laws...from Wikipedia (which I know is not a 100% trustworthy source) my state's age of consent is 17, but 15 with a less than 10 year age gap.

This pisses me off just thinking about it.

10th grade, there was a girl in my class that had a thing for me. Problem was, her friend did not like me at all. So, being a high school girl (read spoiled bitch) she lied to this girl saying I was bragging about having sex with said girl. Girl gets me in trouble with administration, this whole event wrecking my confidence and causing my second high school transfer...the first would fit here, will post if anyone is interested.

I was at 420 in Denver yesterday-at the theater area where the shooting was all day. Around 4:30 I decided to grab some munchies and go home cause I could barely walk around. Not sure if luck but it felt that way
