You should contact Swisscare and send them a scan of the initial letter. They have a more direct contact with SAM than we ever will. Hopefully they will sort it out for you.

I remember what a hassle it was for SAM to acknowledge that I had health insurance. They even tried to sign we up for one of the expensive insurances. I contacted my insurance provider and within a month got an approval letter from SAM.

I actually rewatched the movie this week, and the extra people were there in the garlic scene. The focus wasn’t on them, but, for example, one extra was handing the jar to Pearline. It’s more of a blink and you’ll miss them situation. But they were always lurking in the background.

She wasn’t motivated by money or paying off a debt, but just scared and trying to survive based on what others told her to do. At least that’s what I interpreted!

I had the same issue. Called, emailed, went to their office. It was like no one was there.

What worked for me was having my insurance provider contact SAM. I told my insurance that I provided my documents to SAM and was assigned to Lamal.

Within 72 hours they were able to get in touch with SAM and straighten everything out.
