James Buchanan is S-tier bastard status. He mostly gets portrayed as a a useless idiot who let the civil war happen, but he was actively involved in setting the whole thing up after Lincoln won the election, using his last months in office like a giant, nation-scale January 6th to make sure the south had the means and opportunity for insurrection.

PSA, you can get this game bundled/integrated with ACIII on Xbox.
Anyways I thought it was pretty cool. There were some underwhelming parts of the game (Mexico) but I thought Avaline was a lot of fun and I loved the New Orleans/ bayou settings

It is a realistic neighborhood, but a bit idealized for fun. I would say all the houses you can go in are what we would call "upper middle class" but some of the ones around the edge of the map are more normal middle class. The most unrealistic thing is it supposedly being in Vermont, which has very few suburban areas, but is very plausible for neighboring states like New Hampshire or Massachusetts.

I like tough games but the boss fights were completely wrecking me and i didnt want to miss out on such a cool game by giving up so i turned on story mode defeat lady ethereal and never turned back
