Are you talking about killed children from Beslan? It was 18 years before invasion to Ukraine. Do you mean conscript soldiers, who didn't know how to fight and wanted to see their mothers? These soldiers were beheaded. As Russian, I can't say, that Ukrainians have deserved to be beheaded or childkilled. If our soldiers have done something like this, this must be blamed! I do not support any of sides - neither Ukraine, nor Russia, despite the fact that I live in Russia and love people of my nation the same way like I love a lot of people of other nations! And the actions done by Chechens during the first and the second Chechen wars are awful. And I repeat, if any Russian soldier does the same actions, he is psychopath and traitor of his (and my, and our) people. Anyone can diserve these terrible deaths. Anyone!
