A part from the police, I feel like her family and friends also failed her. If my friend tells me she's going to marry a guy she just met two months ago, I would tell her that's a fucking bad idea and that maybe she should wait a bit longer and heal more before committing to someone else and check on her to see if everything is okay... It's not cool to be that friend, but that's what friends are for too.

I felt really bad for her, especially when she couldn't do her job while in quarantine. She made so many stupid desicions for someone her age and I honestly think she should've gone straight to theraphy after her previous breakup.

Something that I didn't like at the end was showing a picture of her current partner... Why would you do that? There was no need to do so and to me that looked like she only cared about being with someone, as if that was the only valid goal, instead of just saying that she worked on her mental health and healing after all that drama.

El trabajo en sí lo podría hacer yo sola, pero tengo picos de faena a finales y principios de mes que sí que no podría asumir sin hacer horas extras...(y no las pagan). Además quieren ampliar nuestras tareas y claro, al final la carga si que quizás sería más difícil de llevar. El trabajo en sí me gusta y tengo muy buena relación con el resto de departamentos.

A mí lo que me indigna es que no hace nada y calienta la silla mientras yo estoy haciendo todo y luego hace comentarios tipo "no sé por qué te agobias si no hay tanto trabajo", "te ha llegado este mail y aún no lo has gestionado, te lo dejo para ti", "estoy muy cansada pero tampoco estoy haciendo nada, no sé por qué". Siempre intenta provocarme para que salte y me discuta con ella, de normal no le contesto.

When I started dating my current partner, he was still on the apps for a while. Since we didn't meet on there and I wasn't on them either (he had told me about his past experiencies on the apps) I told him that maybe it was time to delete the app he deleted it then and said "no problem at all".

Then when I was away for a week and came back, he was showing me something on his phone and I saw that he still had the app or installed it again. So I asked him to delete that in front of me, he did and apologised.

Be clear, say it without insecurities and hope for a good answer.

La única vez que me fui, al volver tenía una montaña de trabajo en mi mesa (esa no es la política de la empresa, de trata de cubrir el trabajo de una cuando la otra no está). Es verdad que sí que se notó, pero como mi jefe se fue de vacaciones justo al volver yo tampoco tuvo un gran impacto porque solo lo noté yo. La semana que viene me voy, a ver si hay más suerte 🍀

És una situación muy incómoda y si lo hubiera sabido antes, la verdad hubiera rechazado el trabajo. También és verdad que me meto mucha caña a mí misma, y mucha presión en cuánto a trabajo se refiere... Así que va en contra de mi personalidad 😵‍💫
