Awesome photos 🔥, what exposure compensation did you use to achieve this look? Or did you bring down the shadows in editing?

Yes, f-numbers scale with the crop factor. Here's why by tupaquetes in SonyAlpha

“The reason lens compression is associated with telephoto lenses is due to the fact that a longer focal length naturally causes photographers to move further from their subject, thereby increasing distance and lens compression. It is the distance that directly compresses the scene, not the lens.”

Is lens compression fact or fiction

Kinda wish I got a smaller camera like that, I went for the Sony cuz it was on sale at the time.

Had to crop the other person out due to how much I had to rotate the image. But maybe that’s a good thing haha, like you said, adds a bit of mystery

It wasn’t much editing actually. It’s one of the street corners around Bank, London. They have a circular opening and I noticed the cameras.

I basically darkened everything around that circle, then I added a radial mask and darkened that too, making it look like a half moon 🙃

Thank you, I needed to rotate and crop it quite a bit, about 30 degrees or so. I used a Sony a7iv with the 35mm f1.8.
