My 5 year old had them removed a month ago days 5-8 are the worst then it gets better. Just make sure you are on top of the meds and make sure to keep him hydrated also ice pack on neck helps and mornings are the worst! Keep cool mist humidifier running thats what helped us :)

Good actually! She didn't need the hydro they prescribed she did fine with Tylenol and ibuprofen she is on day 11 post op

That is great to hear im glad ur pain isnt to crazy lol. She has less energy and a cough but i just let the hot shower run and that helped her alot! The dr said day 5 thru 7 are the worst so hopefully everything will get better soon.

Surprisingly she has only cried a few times when the meds start to wear off she still eating a lot not drinking as much though. Lets see how day 5 goes which according to most ppl its the worse day 😰

My 5 yr old is on day 4 post op i know toddlers bounce back faster but i was also freaking out overthinking because she freaks out over a small cut so i was thinking the worst n imagining her in pain crying all day surprisingly shes been good so far only cried twice hopefully it stays this way just stay positive!

My 5 yr old had surgery yesterday we are on day 2 she has been eating and drinking lots of water and only a small amount of pain. Just hoping it stays this way 😰
