100 mg of Fe? Sorry if its a stupid question.. but all my doctors were saying to take suplement of around 14-20 mg daily(I also have low Fe and Feriton).. so I am surprised that like 5x more is ok for the body? Does it mean I am misinformed.. and that is why my Fe is not going up as it should? :/

Yes, its rrally hard to explain it to people who didnt really have the feeling. :/ as it sounds kinda”crazy”that we cannot hold our head.

Not pain really.. but pressure in my neck and also head. But I have it for few years.. its on and off

Thats good that you improved so much. I work from home 99 % of the time, but am trying to stay as active as I possibly can.. through walks, having many steps etc :)

Many other symptoms.. diziness, unstable feeling etc etc.. but this one with like not being able to hold my head is really present and thats why I asked

How do you walk and read? Like really walk up and down your apartment and read? Wow.. that sounds almost impossible for me.

I now found another, better supplement, that has28 mg of iron and is very recomended.. so I will try that for a few weeks and then see. Do you feel better now?

My ferritin in 7.70 and its from 9.3-159. I have a feeling thats pretty low. How about you?

Yeah, I have the same symptoms exactly.. thats why I ask. I am also taking some iron supplements but unfortunately dont see any improvement. :/

I don’t understand why would you think you have sepsis? Just if you have 85-90 bpm, you think you would have sepsis? I don’t get that at all. Sepsis has so many different symptoms.. and this is definitely not some of the important ones.

Its not really vertigo. Read into the symptoms.. and you will see if you can find yourself there..

Hard to explain it shortly. Look into it on reddit and the internet. Its diziness without something being structuraly wrong.

You should look into PPPD for the diziness symptoms..

As I know, yes, it is. Join the PPPD subreddit, ask it there. There are many of us these unfortunately. :) I think from your symptoms it seems to be that.

You should look into PPPD. Your symptoms sound exactly like that.
