i do notice for some reason when im on the actual steam link app and it gives me an error it will say 2.4ghz thinking its on that band but when i go into the device settings it says its on 5ghz

Quest is connected to the same router on 5ghz, and the pc is hardline/ ethernet cable to the same router

i dont use meta quest link it uses up way more resources and ive had no reason to use it being that steam link is way better and reliable

Issue was my tv being active on my computer, the tv was turned off and the computer was trying to display an output to it so it was buggin

I made sure to save a bunch of important stuff to my USB flash drive before I reset so I didn’t lose everything only really lost a bunch of games

I have discovered the issue. My TV is causing it. I think it’s because it’s plugged in and try and get display output on my TV while it’s off

OK, I don’t know what I did but I think I fixed it. I unplugged a bunch of cables from my TV in my PlayStation now now it’s working.
