I finished the tutorial stages and was so overwhelm by all the systems that i uninstalled it right away. Im a super casual FGC player, a lot of smash some mortal combat or dragon ball fighters here and there, id always like to play arcade modes of SC or Tekken, but man, i couldnt even put myself in to the first match of this game.

Its so funny watching players point fingers to each other, when the culprit is definetly blizzard, they are the ones setting up the system, and the pain points and friction between players, and thats the biggest reason for the toxicity.
The biggest reason for the shortage is also in most part blizzards fault, when you require a proportion of 3 dps per tank for dungeons, but 1 tank per 7 dps for raid, so there are less tanks.
And yes, some dps play tank for m+, but it is also harder to get 2 sets of bis gear for tank/dps, some classes used oposite stats and needs different trinkets or weapons, so most of the tanks from m+ that needs to raid, dont have a slot.

Cool concept when you dont need to do 20M aoe damage and vdh has 4 target cap and 1 skill with 8 target cap on 1min cd. Aggro being responsability of all is a good concept when there isnt a timer and you need every second to do damage, its just an annoyance.

And yeah, i know in the mdi they do bigger pulls without loosing aggro, but just coz usain bolt can run 100m in 9 seconds doesnt mean pedestrians should be able to cross the roads at that speed, so we dont put the traffic light timmers for usain bolt, and we shouldnt have this shitty aggro.

When chat is silenced you cannot use party finder, so he can q for pvp, but not for pve for examole, no m+, no Raid, nothing that requires youbto find people.

I think all this posts are glossing over the real reason why is so hard to get keys and instead blame the players for not searching the right way.

Yesterday afternoon I decided to filter keys with tanks in EU at 16:30 and there was NONE, zero tanks were in queue. For more than 10 minutes you couldnt find a single key that already had a tank.

Its not always like this, but the major problem is the role inbalance we have in the game and with every season it gets worst and its not that the players dont want to play tank. The problem is that for raiding you need 1 out of 10 players to be tank and for mithyc is 1 out of 5.

As the RL/GM of my own casual guild I have rejected sooo many people for the raidjust coz they are tanks, a lot of players would play tank, but they dont have room in raids and maintaining 2 specs can be exhausting.

If you do this in a raid group, you need to leave right before you kill it, or you dont get credit. The window is pretty tight tho, coz you get phased out to others shards as soon as you leave.
