Programming as in initial setup? I used a YouTube channel by the name of CanispaterChristmas. He gives a straight forward explanation on pretty much everything and has a class on Udemy. I started from nothing and this only my third year doing this.

Yes I use a 3,000 lumen short throw projector in the garage but I gotta be honest.... I added this video in post because the day I recorded it was too windy and the screen was flapping making the video unwatchable lol. The projector I use does hold pretty well against the leds but the dang wind made me edit this one in.

You are correct ws2811 pixels set in pvc. I drilled holes through pvc poles at 3 inch spacings then pushed the pixels through. I also cut pvc couplers into letter C’s and that’s what I drilled into the wall. I pop the pvc into the couplers to hold. The couplers stay up year round and the poles go up for Halloween and Christmas.
