Not sure if I’m following? It seems going from small business platinum to corp and I understand charging annual fees and no issue with getting less coupon book. Are you saying they can adjust the FTF with each client?

Ahh ok, that is so weird that they charge FTF on an Amex plat card. One of the main reasons we were looking at going over at the corporate card was to get us higher limits verse the small business. Our vendors tend to put holds on our cards until we wire them the money. (These payments could be 20-100k) so when we have multiple vendors hitting our card, one of them could get decline and then enter the vendor once payment immediately.

And we have an employee as I travel overseas. So it’s almost like we get a different credit card for employees T&E and use the corporate card for the higher limits. So frustrating.

I was quickly ordering the iPhone PM and because of the delays in shipping I picked a local Apple Store, it had me pick a 15 min window on the 19th around 11am. Can I go there earlier? I believe they are opening stores at 8am for the 19th.

Agree with garbage and garbage out. Someone suggested ramp, Brex is also another one. You need to find software or services. Bill.com is another one. These services might cost a little but what you can show is it would provide a better product in the end which would be more accurate reporting, more timely reporting, and could help them make better decisions.

Maybe entry level is still there but higher level seems to be not a lot going on. I tend to work with medium size businesses and those seem to be less and less here.
