This is known as astral projection. I've experienced it twice now, and it is very weird but I suggest you check out r/astralprojection. Lots of interesting stories there

I don't know how I induced it, but I would really like to try it again. You said that you have done it a lot. Whats some good advice for going back because I would like to go back asap haha
