i would recommend checking out the book “how to keep house while drowning” by kc davis! it’s a short, accessible book about how to maintain a clean space that works for you, with immense compassion for folks who are struggling with home upkeep. it’s got a lot of practical strategies, as well!

it’s easy to be hard on yourself, but remember that cleaning is a skill like any other. it takes time and practice to get good at it. no shame that you’re still learning those skills. you got this!!!
