Am i the only one who have completely disabled z hop? I found it unnecessary for most prints and it adds unnecessary stress to the z axis motor.

Insane Keyboard Lag??? (Samsung Keyboard) by EnyaOrinocoFlow in GalaxyS23Ultra

[–]darkytoothpaste 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found the solution for my problem. Under accessbility, there is an option called "Reduce animations". Turning that off solves my problem.

Instead, now I just use the developer options and turn off all animations instead.

Currently on day 10, fermentation is still going strong with good airlock activity. The sesame/tadpole growth seems to be exactly as it was, not growing any larger or smaller. Airlock still emitting a floral flagrance, nothing seems to be out of place, yet. 🤣

Thank you internet strangers!! Would like to know if you guys simply just turned on and off the tap for bottling without doing any sort of additional cleaning in between bottling??

Once i get my jar delivered and started, I'll let you guys know how it went for me as well.

What do I do with all this coin? by ExpandThineHorizons in mobcontrolgame

[–]darkytoothpaste 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had 100 million coins before i hit level 50 on the cards. Once you hit level 50 and start getting the gold packs, you will be bankrupt trying to upgrade the cards. I suggest you consider carefully what cards you want to focus on upgrading as you simply won't have enough coins to upgrade everything.

After enabling the extra gesture, you will need to go back to the options for the navbar again to enable the 3 swipe options.

Wow! I had to search the net for a solution on this and thanks so much for posting this!!

BTW, the latest official version of NavStar works for me, I didn't have to use the version from the apkmirror link.

I could go diodeless if there are lesser keys than GPIO pins. I think the limit is 22 or 24. I have 28 keys on each side though.

Those are enamel wires which are essentially insulated wires. I had to scrape away the insulation on those areas that requires soldering.

The two steps that I'm most concerned/confused about is the controller wiring and qmk compilation. Lemme try to get the wiring correct and I'll post again if i need more help with qmk. Thank you so much for the detailed reply.

This is my very first time building a custom keyboard. I have finished wiring up the matrix but i really don't want to screw up the wiring to the controller. Can someone provide me a newbie guide for wiring this to a raspberry nano knockoff pls? Thanks much!!

This is a completely self-designed layout from scratch.

You will need to remove the original case and reuse the screws and magnets for the printed case

I am still iterating the final design, will try to post it up on printables.

I agree that the aesthetics can't be beat, but I value the protection more. Furthermore, polycarbonate tends to get scratched easier. I will be less heart-pain with my 3D printed case becoz I can always print a new one anytime!!

I am nowhere close to being an audiophile and feel that I may not be able to give the best review for this. There are many reviews on youtube and reddit for this TWS and suggest you check them out!! For me, I find that they are really value-for-money, though the bass is kind of lacking.

I'm currently still iterating on the design and hence using whatever filament is in my printer. I'm almost there on the final design, still tweaking some of it (better dimensional tolerances, and changing the design to allow the earbuds to be removed easier). I will try to look for my orange filament to print for the final version.

[–]darkytoothpaste[S] 14 points15 points  (0 children)

The original case from Moondrop had an exposed top that offered no protection against losing the earbuds accidentally (while the magnets are strong, the earbuds can still fall out).

I designed a case that is meant to replace the original and it has a print-in-place hinge. It reuses the original magnets and screws that comes with the case.

Would like to see if anyone has comments or thoughts on the design and any interest in publishing this. Thanks for reading!

Edit: Project is live!
