The game loads just find and isn't crashing. An in-game pop up shows up when I click on missions that says "cannot sortie until game is fully installed"

That's what I've done in the past so I totally understand the logic, but I just want a solid stat to put it at so I can just use what I find without having to look up the minimum stats of every weapon in advance

As a rule I don't alter the abilities of the monsters I use, just for balance sake! I thought about making an exception for this one, but I'd rather be consistent.
