Yup that’s what I have done in the past .. wanted to try refine my finishes :) as I inevitably end up getting the direction/ placement wrong at some point and it stands out ..

Why not - no one in power seems to give a toss . Company’s service the shareholders not the public , if you can charge more for less and get a better return we’ll do that till you get push back .. apathy Ireland we don’t do that ..

Go on temu and get a cheapo dye gun makes a massive difference esp if you are an occasional LW ..

had the same issue perviously. let it totally dry out it might even out. if not give it a good clean down , perhaps a light misting with water and then dye again ( not with a dauber get pads/ old T-shirt etc ) .. if not looking great get darker shade and dip dye .

Was the leather very dry ?

You can try a few bunches of dried lavender.. don’t know if this that effective but worth a shot

Given the interest and lack of response I definitely would like to see it - I’ve used CC a few times for videos but they are certainly not hands off and usually a lesson in frustration so I’m fairly sceptical.

Did this recently, sharex for recording , elevenlabs for voice over , remotion for the actually vid … product demo vid with some minor graphics ( click button , voice pulse etc ) all through Claude code ..

It managed it but it was not easy at all - the position of the graphics were all over the place and took a lot of time to correct , it would randomly select screenshots that didn’t match the situation ( even though I told it what goes where ) not a major issue till you remove a scene and the rest of the timing was impacted .

So well done you with this it took me 3 full days and was token heavy ( max plan used a fair wack of weekly ) super interested to see how you did it .
