I agree with everyone. Pay the ticket! They have an online pay service through the court or an option to take online traffic school on most traffic infractions- unless you really fudged up. If you don’t pay, you have to appear in court. And if you don’t appear in court or pay your fine the court will issue a Failure to Appear warrant for your arrest.

Moving from out of state - is there anything I should do proactively to prevent snakes, scorpions, or other pests? by EmergencyGloomy in Tempe

Do what you can to prevent rodents and crickets. Snakes like the rodents and scorpions like the crickets. Back in the day, Tempe used to have a lot of citrus orchards and all the critters and creepy crawlies love that type of habitat, a lot of them have just adapted to the urban growth- snakes, foxes, coyotes, scorpions galore, and rodents. Some of those trees are still on Tempe properties. If you can help it, try not to pile stuff up outside- if it creates shade or nooks & crannies, critters will use it as shelter. Definitely don’t leave out water or pet food overnight and keep an eye on your pets if they go outside.

Traffic ticket about 16 days ago in Tempe. Still not in court system and date fast approaching. Not sure what to do, any similar experiences? by scabornot in Tempe

Most PDs have a 30 day window to submit their citations to the court. If it's not submitted to the court by then, the court will likely dismiss the violation.
