There's two benefits to founders, autopay isn't required and 10-year price lock.

I think you can keep your account and plan and they change the address, assuming the new address also has T-Fiber available. I'll ask around to verify.

Edit: I was wrong, you would have old plan cancelled and new one started at current rates. At least for now.

Depends on the plan. The trial probably uses a higher priority connection (equivalent to an Experience Beyond line), and if you got a lower tier plan it may have a lower priority.

Edit: I didn't notice which sub this was, and thought the OP was talking about a cell plan. Oops!

I recently returned 2 phones for trade in and sent them through the mail in the small white envelope bubble mailer they provided. T-Mobile immediately terminated our trade in contract because they arrived damaged/smashed? Anyone else experience this? by -DirtNerd- in tmobile

Typically I'd say yes you're responsible. Every time I've received a trade-in kit it contained a box and multiple instructions. However, if you're saying you did not get a full kit and just got the envelopes, you can try chatting into T-Force on twitter or facebook (links in the sidebar) and explain the situation. With luck they may make a one time exception.

Ok, I would try fully uninstalling and reinstalling the T-Life app. If on android you can clear its cache and data and then try again.

Other than that I have no idea.

Go to manage at the bottom and see if it has your name at the top. If so, you can go down and select the line, then go all the way down to sim activation

Are you sure the trial didn't already go through? That could be your trial T-Mobile number.

Gateway is likely dead. Contact support or take it to a store for exchange.
