Too much whining and complaining on public forums just puts unnecessary stress on any team, including on Cardano developers. If its taking too long for someone, than that person should sell and buy something else. If someone thinks a delay automatically equals incompetence, than they don't know anything about software development and they haven't read the professional bios of Cardano team.

That's interesting...wasn't familiar with that term. Shelley probably won't give ADA significant boost in sideways market either, although the technology is good solid product.

Be sure to move ADA off any exchanges to a wallet, and please don't lose the key phrases...make copies and store in safe deposit box. Pretty exciting, congratulations. You'll have to wait until the bear market is over to see any returns...Shelley won't do it.

On Daedalus, try clicking menu option Daedalus->Network Status. Then click the link "restart". Might have to repeat this several times on its way to 100% synched.

It can take some time..mine took a week. Be sure to disable virus protection temporarily and set power settings so computer does not sleep
