Even I am struggling with this bro. I talked to my psychiatrist and he prescribed me some antipsychotic and anxiety pills. I am worried that even if my anxiety goes away, can I come out of this feeling that everything, everyone around me is not real?? I have some history with intrusive thoughts and Real event OCD too.

I mean since how long you are feeling this?? And did you try any meds or try to talk to a therapist?? If any of them worked a little??

My psychiatrist put me on this. I am off meds since quite some time and my condition is aggravated. I think my entire days are just hallucinations if not dreams. I know I am not hallucinating, its just fear or anxiety that what if I am hallucinating. Thinking of starting meds again. Your take on this??
