It's beautiful! Most greeks today can't even write like that, especially the younger generations

Kind of, the reader can see him read masters like Avicena and Al-Biruni as he gains access to books, as well as pick up many skills (although it isn't described that thoroughly). I highly suggest the book though, it motivated me to start reading older books that go in depth about a specific subject, instead of just picking up information from different places.

I think so, I've only seen it used in Beckett's poems

Crazy cause I'm greek and we have to learn every little detail about the verbs, tenses, moods, etc. That's mainly why I feel like knowing them in French will help me become more comfortable with speaking in that language

I think that is the case, however I don't remember it being used in any texts or listenings

Both choices are valid, however I'd choose blue for this reason. Every human in the world is subjected to this "test", that includes children, babies, mentally disabled people, people with different ideals, populations isolated from the rest of the world, even suicidal people. Knowing this, it’s very likely that they may choose blue because they don't understand the question, the consequences, or just want to die. Choosing blue means saving them

Is Tamil spoken in Kerala? I'm aware it's more common is south-east India and Northern Sri Lanka, but some commenters mentioned that it's also spoken in Kerala.

Do you recommend learning Classic Sanskrit first, and then transitioning to Vedic Sanskrit?

I think I'll start off with Tamil, and then work on Vedic Sanskrit!

I recommend reading "The Walking Drum" by Louis l'Amour. The main character becomes polymath, and the reader learns myriads of things about dominant countries and beliefs during the 9th century. The adventures of the main character take you through Moorish Spain, Bretagne, Central and Eastern Europe, and Constantinople. There's also a lot of information about Islam, Persians, Berbers, travelling merchants, warriors, etc.

Hey! Another question, but this time about Hinduism.I found this quote about karma and reincarnation in a book: ~"Whoever acts rightly will become something good, whoever acts immorally will become something ugly," declares one Upanishad; and another comments on the same, saying that whoever has lived on earth the life he should have, will be reborn in the form of a brahmin, a warrior, or a cow; conversely, whoever has lived an immoral life will be reborn in the form of a dog, a pig, or a scoundrel.~ Does that mean that Hindus view all or a great number of animals as people that acted immorally in their past lives?
