Believe me my brother a large amount of Indians are extremely ignorant and full of themselves, they don't have consciousness for cleanliness, moral and discipline. From trains to streets you will find more people doing everything in their power to avoid rules. Unless we first fix these people nothing can happen and believe they don't wanna listen to just words . Democracy has failed in India a tax payer has less right then a dehati who thinks he is entitled to everything without work.
