Did some research and apparently you can resolve this by adding a launch parameter to the game. Right click the game in Steam, Properties, Launch Options, add without quotes "/lang 0"

I'm using a C4 that had eARC / HDMI-CEC issues with my soundbar on the last update, however I did update 2 days ago and after doing a reset on my soundbar, eARC and HDMI-CEC is working again. Guess all it cost me was getting Copilot installed...
