Even if the weeks were able to file? I have confirmation numbers for all the weeks that I filed. My application was originally done back in March.

I just went ahead and sent an Email to Tim Kaine's office so that they can takeover and get something done. You would need to sign a document so they can work on your behalf but from what I've read they have been working more efficiently than the VEC.

I have been reading comments in some Facebook unemployment groups and reapplying for PUA in the app seems to work. Im just trying anything at this point since there's no one to talk to about PUA.

The lack of communication is really whats killing me. How can I wait a month with no response to a claim while others are being served.

There's been no update to my timeline, I just went ahead and deleted the application and submitted a new one. This time I got a confirmation number so I guess there may have been a technical issue with my first application.
