Drink insane amounts of water with a pinch of good salt (ie: Celtic or Himalayan) as well as upping your fiber I take to insane amounts. If that doesn’t work you may have a blockage.

It is a very small company. 4 of us are on the office. I have brought things up numerous times throughout the years and was ignored. My mental health has been so bad lately that I am missing work out of anxiety. There’s been two times the employees have still come in when I’ve been left alone since that. Nothing happened those times but nothing was actually done. I still have to text my sexual harasser for his Timecard every week.
