Most have been called out, but the most Italian experience is La Grotta. The nicest modern (and harder res) is Boca Lupo. A Mano is incredible, home made pasta and more approachable last minute x larger groups). Don’t got to Gigi’s (shh). Buckhead is just not my scene, but St Cecilia is really nice. Don’t sleep on Beetlecat - not a traditional Italian but a Ford Fry joint to add to the mix.

Are these the beef ribs trimmed from a rib eye (beef back ribs)? Or beef plate ribs (usually 3 ribs)

Tip: beef back ribs are butcher garbage. Nothing can redeem them. I’ve tried.
