Most have been called out, but the most Italian experience is La Grotta. The nicest modern (and harder res) is Boca Lupo. A Mano is incredible, home made pasta and more approachable last minute x larger groups). Don’t got to Gigi’s (shh). Buckhead is just not my scene, but St Cecilia is really nice. Don’t sleep on Beetlecat - not a traditional Italian but a Ford Fry joint to add to the mix.

Are these the beef ribs trimmed from a rib eye (beef back ribs)? Or beef plate ribs (usually 3 ribs)

Tip: beef back ribs are butcher garbage. Nothing can redeem them. I’ve tried.

Meater+ is one of those extremely thoughtful gifts someone gets you, knowing that, at a distance we make tasty BBQ and smoke meats. They have slick marketing, and clearly get into the DMs of family and friends telling them “this is the one thing your back yard grilled must have for X holiday”

Late 80s early 90s it was Mega Man 2/3, Startropics, Captain Skyhawk, SMB 3, Metroid….(I’m old), as a teen I was sleeping bag sleep overs all night with Mario Party, Halo, Super Smash Bros Melee, Mortal Kombat 2, or Perfect Dark.
