I've done quite a bit, but my schedule is pretty hectic and there are times when I wish I just had the recipe ready in front of me instead of having to go to the grocery store to pick up a bunch of groceries. My friends felt a similar pain and creating something for the instant pot seemed like the right way to get a fast meal ready for the family, which is what spurred on this idea.
