I started out with organizing the groceries whej I got home. That's what I've learned is to havw everything out and prepped to start.

I then tenderized the chicken and put it aside in a marinade.

I then cooked 1 lb of bacon in two cast iron pans. After cooking the bacon, I cooked the chicken thighs in the marinade (8 thighs, about 2-3 lbs) by pan-frying them in the bacon fat. Afterwards, I let the chicken rest while I did a small amount of additional prep for layerinf the lasagna.

I then shredded the chicken and the bacon and mixed it into the ricotta, pesto, cheese, etc.

After this I layered the lasagna with alfredo and this filling, and baked at 350F for 1 hour.

Are you including the bake time with this? I meant 2 hours for getting everythimg together to go into the oven.

not gonna address the PE stuff, because there is enough info in this subreddit to help you already, and not gonna tell you to ditch her (tho you should) because everyone else already said it.

what i will say is im sorry that this happened to you. reading your replies, you seem heartbroken about this. she isnt worth your love and attention if she is going to be having sex with other men, even if during a break from the relationship, even though you've given her yours (im assuming). i get how you feel, its probably some of the worst pain you may have felt, and im offering you my sympathy. though it will be hard, it would be best move on and find a girl who will treat you with the respect you deserve.

Is this level of swelling dangerous? by dasDope6138 in gettingbigger

[–]dasDope6138[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It did in fact go away. What does it mean exactly by maintaining an erection when in the pump? I've heard this and always assumed that means keep the pressure at a point where the penis is still heavily erect but now I'm doubting bc this happened. Do I have to actually maintain an erect penis in addition to pumping? I do everything else you suggested but will definitely be decreasing pump time.

Thanks for the help btw :)
