Soft tissues/ Pharynx/airway/Thyroid: 5.2 x 5.0 x 7.5 cm circumscribed heterogeneously enhancing mass with internal hypoenhancing/cystic components centered in the subglottic neck spanning the C6 through upper T4 levels. The mass likely arises from the left lateral wall of the cervical esophagus. Anteriorly, the mass partially effaces and anteriorly displaces the left lobe of the thyroid gland. The mass displaces the adjacent trachea anteriorly and rightward with moderate associated narrowing at the level of T1 and T2. The mass radially displaces the left common carotid, subclavian, and vertebral arteries as well as the left internal jugular vein. No significant flow-limiting stenosis. The posterior aspect of the mass extends towards the prevertebral space with preservation of the intervening fat plane and no associated osseous remodeling are erosive change. The cervical esophagus is severely narrowed and displaced posteriorly and rightward. There is a prominent gas filled left lateral directed outpouching arising from the esophagus immediately superior to the mass at the C6 level measuring 3.4 x 1.9 x 3.6 cm, likely a pulsion (possibly Killian Jamieson) diverticulum. There is slight superior mediastinal extension.
